The Class

What you'll
train.

Muay Thai is the heart of everything we do. Known as the art of eight limbs, it turns the whole body into a weapon — fists, elbows, knees and shins — bound together by rhythm, balance and breath.

Our classes move from warm-up and technique into pad rounds, bag work and controlled clinch. Beginners drill the fundamentals; experienced fighters sharpen timing, distance and ring IQ under the same roof.

Technique

Stance, footwork, the full strike arsenal and defensive shells.

Pad & bag work

Power, accuracy and conditioning across structured rounds.

Clinch

The Thai clinch — control, sweeps, knees and balance.

Ring craft

Reading distance, tempo and the rhythm of a real fight.

Who it's for
  • First-timers who have never thrown a strike
  • Fitness members who want a discipline, not just a workout
  • Amateur and pro fighters preparing for the ring
